Cerletti and Kennedy did our kitchen remodel in July 2022. The renovation took about four months. We are delighted with the new layout. Everyone, including their subcontractors, from the demo to the finishing, was very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Robert provided the best price among the other bids we received. Matt executed an excellent design layout that was very functional and classic. He even included a walk-in pantry that I never thought would fit into our small space. Matt and Reuben have very good eyes for details. Matt took the time to review the punch list with me on the final walkthrough. I would highly recommend this company.

Definitely would highly recommend Cerletti & Kennedy! We contacted them for a full kitchen remodel and entire home flooring installation. First met with Matt a conscientious and detailed design engineer who listened to my ideas, did the technical drawings and measurements including brainstorming how the design would work. Matt created a wonderful design of the kitchen— cabinets, countertops, lighting, backsplash, down to the finishes for example cabinet and drawer pulls and handles. The kitchen including the appliances is beautiful! Robert gave us a bid on the project and was the contractor in charge of the crews and coordinated trades from demo to installation of plumbing, electrical, dry wall, cabinets, lighting, etc. Although there was a slight delay of a week or two the job was completed and professional done. I had a smaller project to refresh the ADU in the newly bought property. It involved removing the stationary gas heater and installing some kitchen cabinets with a sink. Matt responded quickly to my inquiry and offered ideas on arranging the cabinets and materials needed. Their estimate was comparable to two other estimates I got, but thanks to Matt's involvement, I felt more confident about the scope of the project and the time frame. They fit my project in early in their schedule, and the work was done relatively quickly, with a bit of slack time in the middle. Matt put me in touch with the local cabinet supplier. I ordered the cabinets and bought other materials myself - that was how I preferred to do it and consulted with Matt along the way. This was my first time working with a contractor, even on a small project. I am overall happy with the result from a lay person point of view - the cabinets turned out nicely. The job was done in good time. Matt provided quality control toward the end of the job. From this experience, I recommend Cerletti & Kennedy. It certainly mattered to me that they are local and that they were listening to what I had in mind and responsive along the way. Don't hesitate to approach them with your project, even a small one.

Cerletti & Kennedy recently renovated our kitchen and dining area, and the end result is exceptional. In addition to relocating HVAC and water heater, our project required structural work. All of these things, as well as our daily questions and concerns, were handled by Matt and Robert et. al. with professionalism and patience.

In 2019, Matt Kennedy and his team completed an inspection of our home’s foundation bolt and bracketing and added additional bolting to bring our home up to current earthquake codes. The inspection and work was done professionally, on time, cleanly, and in a singe day. Their work led to a 20% reduction of in our insurance bill. That represented a speedy payout of this project in less than two years and the piece of mind that our home was in good shape for the next big one that will be coming.
